Important boundary

Your diary, not medical advice.

Headmon is a personal record-keeping and pattern-viewing tool. Its observations can help you review what you recorded, but they are not medically validated conclusions.

Intended use

Headmon organizes information entered by the user and presents descriptive summaries and correlations from that diary. It is not intended for diagnosis, prediction, prognosis, prevention, treatment, clinical monitoring, triage or medical decision-making.

Patterns can be wrong

A pattern shown by Headmon may be incomplete, coincidental or wrong. Its output depends on what was recorded, what was omitted and the limits of its calculations. Headmon does not establish that a trigger, medicine, place, activity or weather condition caused or prevented an episode.

Do not use Headmon to make care decisions

Do not start, stop or change medicines, delay seeking care, or make other health decisions because of information shown by Headmon. Discuss symptoms, medicines and treatment with a qualified healthcare professional.

Reports

Headmon reports reformat recorded diary information for review and conversation. A printable report is a descriptive summary, not a clinical assessment. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment or tell you what action to take.

Urgent concerns

Headmon is not an emergency or triage service. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate healthcare service for urgent medical concerns.
